Call for Exhibitors
The North Carolina Association for the Gifted and Talented (NCAGT) will host the 43rd Annual Conference on Gifted Education on March 2-3, 2017, at the Winston-Salem Marriott and Embassy Suites Hotels. For this year, our theme is “Magnifying Possibilities: Zoom in on the VISION”. As the state’s largest advocacy organization in gifted education, invitations are being extended to parents, educators, community leaders, and other professionals in North Carolina, Virginia, South Carolina and Tennessee to attend. We anticipate between 750 – 800 attendees.
Our exhibitor space is always a focal point of activity during the conference. Again, this year’s conference exhibits will be set up in the ballroom in the lower West Tower of the Embassy Suites. Exhibits will be open to conference participants on Thursday, March 2, 2017 from 8:00 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. On Friday, March 3, 2017, exhibit hours are 8:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. On Thursday, there will be a beverage break from 3:00 p.m. to allow attendees to freely visit the exhibit hall before the Keynote Address.
Please download the Exhibitor’s Contract and in order to reserve your space, please submit the completed contract with your payment prior to FEBRUARY 1, 2017. In order to allow adequate space for all exhibitors, our number of available tables will be limited to 35. Space will be assigned on first-come basis, so we urge you to register early. If you need additional information, please feel free to contact us.
Also, if you would like to present, please submit a proposal by December 1, 2016. We also invite you to donate a door prize or items which can be placed in conference registration tote bags. We know that this 43rd Annual Conference will be a huge success and we want you to be part of it. We value your contributions to education and hope to hear from you soon.
