NCAGT's 42nd Annual Conference
March 3 – 4, 2016 • Winston-Salem Marriott and Embassy Suites
“The difference between being average and being exceptional starts with what’s happening inside the mind.” ~ Robert Helms
In celebration of the exceptional minds of gifted learners across North Carolina, the theme for this year’s conference is Gifted Education: Celebrating Exceptional Opportunities. NCAGT invites you to share your expertise. We are calling for proposals that help us reflect upon the multiple facets and opportunities in gifted education to include advocacy, equity, excellence and educational programming. We are placing an emphasis on proposals that focus on identification and services to underserved and overlooked populations of gifted students.
All proposals will be considered.
In an effort to streamline the conference development process, proposals will be ONLY accepted online. The deadline for proposal submission is Tuesday, December 1, 2015. All presenters are expected to register for the two-day conference. Presenters that have not registered by Monday, February 1, 2016, will have their presentations removed from the program.

Thank you for sharing your passion, expertise and experience with your colleagues from across the state.
